Description
Biniagual winery is run by a family dedicated to the production of wines in the traditional way. Located in the heart of the Binissalem wine area, the tiny village of Biniagual was once solely dedicated to wine production until the phyloxera disease destroyed Mallorca’s vineyards at the beginning of the XX century. In 1999, the Biniagual winery revived the wine-producing tradition, planting its first vines and since 2002 wine has been produced here. The winery forms part of the tiny hamlet with 14 houses and its own oratory, along with arable farmlands, making it a self-sufficinet farming area, perfectly integrated into the wonderful countryside of Mallorca.
