We are writing these words with our sincere gratitude and love for everything you assisted us in and did for us. Our wedding could not have been better, it was, and will forever remain, one of the most magical and memorable weekends of our lives – and we could not have chosen better stewards than yourselves!
From start to end, you were accommodating, available, (extremely) patient and provided (professional) guidance and advice. We loved that we could have a direct (and informal) line with you, and discuss all aspects of the wedding 24/7. Despite it being stressful, with lots of decisions for the three-day event at Finca Serena, you remained calm throughout the process and ensured that timely decisions were made, which for us was amazing as it made us relax more (despite us being born stressed out). Ironically, we will actually miss all the planning and discussions, from the stressful moments to the laughter, as we enjoyed every step towards the wedding weekend. So it means we will miss you to, and extremely glad we took you onboard with us after we decided to have our wedding at Finca Serena.
Then, over to the Grand Finale. During the weekend you managed the event in a wonderful manner, and everything ran smoothly from start to end. Coordination of guest arrivals, decoration and lightening, the live music and your coordination of equipment providers and amazing artists ran like a well-oiled machine, which considering the multiple areas we used at Finca Serena, was impressive! We did not have to lift a finger during the weekend. We also enjoyed that you often popped by us if anything was to be evaluated in a discrete and calm manner, and to us it was very enjoyable to have you around us. Our guests, and the Norwegian photographer and Master of Ceremony, were all head over heels and impressed by the way everything went, so that speaks for itself. Hats off and congratulations to you.
Specifically, you delivered the best pre-wedding party we could have had, which boosted the guests to the extent we were sitting on their shoulders and dancing to Freed from Desire! The food was great and the decorations splendid. The wedding was just WOW and if we even try to start with details it is impossible, so we stick with WOW. However, through all big moments, there are numerous small that matter; just before our entrance, we loved when you pulled out two chairs for us facing the magnificent views of Finca Serena and allowed us to re-energize and relax (with an energy drink) before we joined our guests swirling their white napkins under the Mallorcan sun! That speaks to you as persons. Rounding off with pizza’ and gelatos on Sunday was the perfect hangover cure – especially if counting in those lovely Bloody Mary’s. 11/10.
From hearsay, guests loved the venue and food, wanted to rewind and re-experience, enjoyed the dancing, party, and superb artists – we think you created a fantastic memory not only for us, but for all our guests as well.
To end it all: Thank you for helping us, and more importantly, thank you for being so genuine and nice people. We will invite ourselves for a drink with you when we visit Mallorca again. You have no choice but to show up! Likewise, if you are ever in Norway, you know where to call.
